To slit the insulation paper, we operate with high quality automatic slitting machine which controlled by PLC which can slit the insulation paper to any size required by the customers.
The thickness of the insulation flexible composite materials paper can be slitted is 0.075 mm ‐ 0.80 mm and the width starts from 10 mm above.
There are 2 size of paper core for choosing 3 inch and 6 inch.
Slitting machine located in dust free room to maintain the product quality.
Each step of the slitting process supervised by experienced operator before delivery the product to the customers.
